We measure where you are, build a proper foundation, progress you steadily, and re-test every quarter — so your progress lives in real numbers, not vague encouragement.

  1. Assess — where you are today.

    Your first session is a longer one: we screen how you move, take your strength baselines across the core patterns — squat, push, hinge and carry — and talk through what you actually want to be strong for. Within 48 hours, you receive your written Baseline Report.

  2. Build — a foundation that holds.

    We establish movement quality and a base of strength first — technique before load, always. You're coached through every movement, at your level. Wherever you're starting is a fine place to start.

  3. Progress — steadily stronger.

    As your body adapts, we add load and complexity, block by block. You train on a standing weekly slot — your Tuesday 7am — because consistency, not intensity, is what actually builds strength. Every session is logged.

  4. Test — progress you can print.

    Every quarter, you re-test your baselines and receive an updated Baseline Report showing exactly how far you've come, in real numbers. This is the proof — and almost no trainer in Singapore does it.

Full coaching at your place with a portable kit — your condo gym or home setup covers the rest. A small travel premium, best if you're within about 20 minutes of your coach's day.

All prices in Singapore dollars. ByDo is not GST-registered, so prices carry no GST.

Questions, answered honestly

I've never lifted weights — is this for me?

Completely. Wherever you're starting is a fine place to start — that's exactly why we begin with an assessment and build a proper foundation before adding load. You're coached through every movement, technique first. Most of our clients came to us new to lifting.

Will lifting make me bulky?

No — it's the most common worry we hear. Building visible bulk takes years of very specific effort most people never go near. What strength training actually does: stronger bones, an easier back, and being able to carry your own life without it hurting. We test it every quarter, so you see the real change in numbers.

What happens in the first session?

It's a longer session — around 75 minutes. You complete a short health questionnaire beforehand, then we screen how you move, take your strength baselines (squat, push, hinge, carry), and talk through what you want to be strong for. Within 48 hours you get your written Baseline Report — your starting numbers, what they mean, and where we can get you in six months.

What's a Baseline Report?

A one-page written report every client gets within 48 hours of their first session: where you are today in plain numbers, what we'll build first, a realistic six-month projection, and the cadence that fits. Almost no trainer in Singapore does this. We update it every quarter — so you see your progress, not just feel it.

How much does it cost?

1:1 sessions with Zoey are S$180 each, or S$1,600 for a 10-session pack (S$160 a session). Your first session is the same S$180 — longer, with assessment work built in. Training with a partner? A duo is S$110 each (S$220 total). Prefer to train at home or your condo? That's S$180–200 a session. We'll match the right option to your goal.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel — just message your coach and we'll move it, no fuss. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, the session credit is used. It keeps everyone's slots protected and the schedule fair. Easy to reschedule, as long as it's the day before.

I have an old injury, or I've just finished physio — can I train?

Very likely yes — bridging people from physio back to full strength is something we do a lot. The assessment includes a health questionnaire and a movement screen, so we train around what needs care and build back safely. Tell us a little about it and we'll take it from there.
